Assistant Manager – Pandora

Commercially driven and able to thrive in a fast paced luxury brand environment, this candidate will help to deliver an exceptional customer service experience in our Stockport PANDORA store. Able to support and motivate their team to achieve high sales targets and create a happy working environment. This candidate will also be expected to host regular company visits with exceptional accommodating skills and confidence in delivering KPI’s.

Achieve store targets:

  • Motivating a sales driven team to achieve Individual and store sales targets
  • Driving KPIs within the store
  • Ensure PANDORA Way of Selling is adhered to by all employees
  • Supporting implemented employee incentives
  • Complete daily and weekly sales reports for Retail Director

Maintain an excellent level of customer service at all times:

  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Constantly review and focus the team to deliver exceptional customer service standards to every PANDORA customer
  • Support in managing customer complaints so issues are resolved appropriately  and efficiently
  • Process customer orders and returns whilst ensuring the customer is kept fully updated on the process

People management and Training

  • Ensure PANDORA Life values are followed by your team
  • Ensure all employees are effective brand ambassadors and wear our current jewellery and watch collections
  • Work alongside the store management team to coach and develop your employees

               Banking responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily sales
  • Manage cash and card purchases
  • Support gift card training for all employees

               Visual Merchandising:

  • Work alongside in store Visual Merchandiser and Store Manager to ensure all POS follows the PANDORA guideline
  • Support team training with visual merchandising
  • Ensure all furniture, mirrors, windows and POS are clean at all times
