Toilet Facilities
Our Public and Disabled Toilets are located at the bottom of Vernon walk opposite Primark. Open 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and from 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sunday.
Parent & Child Facilities
Baby Changing facilities are available in both our male and female toilets, which are located at the bottom of Vernon walk opposite Primark. Open 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and from 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sunday.
Lifts
The lifts are located near Primark and provide access to and from the car park
Wi-Fi
As part of the Totally Stockport initiative, FREE Wi-Fi is available around Merseyway.
Cash Machines
Cash machines are located at each of our banks including Halifax, Lloyds TSB, Natwest and Santander.

First Aid
The majority of our staff are St John Ambulance trained First Aiders. Shifts are organised to ensure that we have first aiders on duty at all times during centre opening hours.
A defibrillator is available on site please inform a member of the Merseyway team or contact 0161 480 2839
Safety & Security
The centre is protected by CCTV 24 hours a day and we have a security team on-site at all times to deal with any event swiftly and professionally.
In addition, we have very close working relationships with the security services and police to ensure we have well-rehearsed and flexible plans in place to deal with any incident. Should a customer see anything suspicious or wish to report a security concern please alert a member of centre staff. You can also report in confidence to the police online at gov.uk/ACT, or via telephone by dialling 0800 789 321. In an emergency always call 999.
Code of Conduct
We kindly ask visitors to refrain from riding bikes and scooters. Please dismount and walk them through the centre.
